Air Jordan 4 "Cement" made of - clearly - fine cement!
A project for Asphaltgold that we really enjoyed!
Making the mold for the concrete shoe was not easy with the many small details that had to be reproduced in cement. We had to repair and prepare many areas of the original shoe before we could even start making the mold. The structures in the side mesh over the fabric and also the laces were a challenge. But the concrete sculpture has become incredibly realistic!
It's all in the details.
How detailed a concrete sculpture is depends not only on the type of concrete, but also on the quality of the silicone. We are happy to have acquired many skills through further training and just as much knowledge through our own experiments and to be able to pass these on to our team.
