After thorough cleaning, we removed the old, veneered panels, dismantled the entire car and refurbished it. In order to make it a truly unique piece, we didn't want to use ordinary concrete slabs. We decided on a palm leaf pattern, which we transferred in very delicate embossing. This means there are hardly any unevenness and yet a great effect! The old wooden panels were reused in mold making. In addition, new threads were cast into the concrete plates so that everything could be reconstructed later, because the bar cart only becomes stable when the plates are screwed together. However, in order not to make the whole thing seem too massive, the concrete slabs were given a much lower thickness than the previous slabs and still offer enough stability at 1.7 cm.
