What payment methods do you offer?
In our online shop we offer various payment options: PayPal, Credit Card & Klarna.
By submitting your order, you are providing your credit card information. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged. Credit card payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Sofort by klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.
How and where can I redeem my gift voucher?
You can easily redeem your voucher when ordering from our online shop by entering the voucher code in the voucher field and then clicking on the button with the arrow. However, the voucher cannot be redeemed at any of our retailers. We ask for your understanding.
When do you do discount promotions?
We generally very rarely do discount promotions. Since we make our products ourselves every day by hand from the best materials and thus a lot of work & heart blood is in them, we are convinced that our products are worth what they cost. Every now and then, however, we make an exception, and usually when we are about to replace old products with new ones. Are you taking part in BLACK FRIDAY?
We are aware of our responsibility as an e-commerce brand and the impact Black Friday has on the environment. That is why we are part of GREEN FRIDAY. GREEN FRIDAY is a counter-movement to Black Friday. On this day, we therefore donate part of our proceeds to social projects. In 2019 we donated to OroVerde, the tropical forest foundation works to preserve tropical rainforests. In 2020, our donations will go to the Bee Rescuers in Frankfurt, who work to preserve wild & honey bees.
Do I get a discount if I buy 2 or more products?
We already offer set prices for various products. If your choice is not there, we do not make an exception for this, because we make our products ourselves by hand with much love from the best materials and are convinced that our products are worth what they cost.

Do you also sell B-goods?
Not at the moment, I'm afraid. However, since we think it would be a shame to simply throw away products with small defects (such as air bubbles, rough edges, few crystals or color defects), we are already working on a solution here. Every human being has faults and wants to be loved - so do our less than perfect products.
